Service terms
How business enquiries and individually agreed marketing services work.
No paid service can be purchased on this website. The parties must agree a written contract and the client must expressly accept these service terms and the cancellation and refund policy before work or payment.
1. Service provider and clients
The service provider is Francsics Erik László, a Hungarian sole proprietor. Full business and contact details are available on this website. Services are intended for marketing agencies and other business clients, not consumer purchases.
2. Scope of services
Services may include customer and market research, positioning and messaging, advertising creative, Meta campaigns, landing pages, CRM and email/SMS follow-up, booking-process improvements, conversion analysis, and agency/client coordination. The exact deliverables, responsibilities, platforms, access requirements, and timing must be set out in the accepted written proposal.
3. Enquiries and formation of an agreement
A submitted service request is free and non-binding. It does not reserve capacity or create a paid contract. Before work begins, both parties must accept a written proposal identifying the provider, service scope, fee, currency, taxes, delivery schedule, payment terms, and cancellation conditions.
4. Pricing and payments
Fees are quoted for each engagement, usually in USD ($), unless another currency is agreed in writing. No fixed service price or public price range has yet been confirmed. The final proposal must identify applicable taxes and all agreed additional costs. Advertising spend, platform fees, and third-party costs are separate unless expressly included. There is no card checkout on this website. This website does not collect, transmit, or store card numbers, security codes, or banking credentials. Do not send these details through the enquiry form or by email. Any future card payment must take place through a separately identified payment provider, whose privacy and security information must be supplied before payment.
5. Delivery and cooperation
The client must provide the brief, necessary access, approvals, and lawful materials required for the agreed work. Changes to scope or timing require written agreement. Any deliverable acceptance procedure and revision allowance must be specified in the proposal.
6. Marketing outcomes
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside the provider’s control. No particular sales, advertising return, revenue, or campaign performance is guaranteed unless a specific written undertaking is agreed.
7. Confidentiality and personal data
Confidential agency and client information should be used only for the agreed work. If the engagement requires processing personal data on the client’s behalf, the parties must put the appropriate data-processing terms in place before that processing starts. Website enquiry handling is described in the privacy policy.
8. Cancellation, refunds, and disputes
The cancellation and refund policy applies to agreed services. Before any payment request, the client must receive and expressly accept that policy and these terms through a signed service agreement or an email reply confirming acceptance. The acceptance record must be retained with the agreement. Questions or complaints may be sent to erik@erikfrancsics.com. Mandatory applicable law is not excluded.
