Who handles your information

Information collected
The service request form collects your name, email, agency or business name, selected service, project message, business confirmation, and acknowledgement of this policy. A submission timestamp, reference, and policy version are stored. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential client data in your initial enquiry.
Payment details and sensitive information
This website has no card checkout and does not collect, transmit, or store card numbers, security codes, or banking credentials. Do not include payment credentials in a service request or send them by email. If card payments become available through an external payment provider, the provider and its privacy information will be identified before payment; card details must be entered only through that provider’s payment page.
Purpose and legal basis
Information is used to review your request, communicate with you, prepare a proposal, and keep an enquiry record. Where the enquiry is about your own contract, the legal basis is steps at your request before a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where you represent an agency, the basis is the legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Checking the policy acknowledgement is not consent to advertising.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored privately using Lovable Cloud. The form does not publish your submission. Access is limited to the business owner and authorised service providers supporting website hosting and storage. Information is not sold or used for automated marketing.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. You can request deletion of an enquiry that is no longer needed. Contract and accounting records may need to be retained under applicable law.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting and storage providers may process information where they operate. Any transfer outside the EEA must have an appropriate GDPR safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact the business for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the business email above. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or your competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and website resources
The application does not add advertising trackers or an analytics script. Website hosting may use technical storage necessary to deliver the site. The site loads a font from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address when your browser requests it.
Agency project data
This policy covers initial website enquiries. Where a future engagement involves handling your clients’ personal information on your behalf, separate data-processing arrangements must be agreed before access is provided.
